Rural Broadband

This is not a good story, it seems v. opaque and I think they’re between regulatory regims, which means the subsidy is gone.

These people are making some noise,

Most seem to be uninterested in serving small dispersed rural communities.

Openreach own the local loop,

It seems that the cabinet is now fibre enabled and they’re conducting trials
